Welcome to the Trainers Edge Services page. Here at the Trainers Edge we offer many different services and are very different than any other fitness center in the area.

For one we are a 24 hour access to our facility for our members at a very competitive price. If you do not want to be a member of the facility but would like a Personal Training, or take a group class you do not have to be a member of our facility to take advantage of these great classes.

Being a member of our facility will make it seem like you have your own private gym. There is no waiting for machines, it is private and a laid back atmosphere where one can get in and get their work out done and get on with their day, or get in and end their day with a nice workout.
