Trainers Edge Personal Trainers helps their clients and our members get healthy in a number of different ways. Being functionally fit is very important in many of our member’s lives and helping our clients or members get healthy and fit so they can perform everyday activities without pain or discomfort is one of our main goals. Our trainers have worked with and will work with all age groups from high-school athletes to business men and women, and house wives and stay at home dads.

ONE-ON-ONE

If you want the full attention

of the trainer and don’t need anyone

but the trainer to motivate you then

a one-on-one session is the a great way

to achieve your goals.

PARTNER OR GROUP

Would you like to have one or more people

in your group? This would be the type of training

for you then. Get motivated with others in your

group and have some fun.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Whether it is Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball,

Golf, Football, Tennis, Running, Triathlons we

have the ability to help you excel and dominate

in your specific sport. 

IN HOME OR IN OFFICE TRAINING

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Before you start training the personal trainer will

do an assessment of where you are and then continue

to do one every 6-8 weeks. Some trainers differ on

when they will perform the additional assessments.

PRIVATE PILATES INSTRUCTION

Let Becky our Pilates Instructor help you achieve the

body you have always wanted. She can personally help

you with core strength, balance, flexibility, and help you lengthen and

strengthen your muscles.
