ABOUT US The Trainer's Edge is a 4,000 square foot facility equipped with the fitness equipment to meet every need you would have while working out. We are a 24 HOUR FITNESS center that allows its members to access the facility at any time he or she desires. Having access 24 HOURS a day allows our members to pick and choose when they would like to work out and this creates an atmosphere within the facility that feels like it is your own private club.Since 2000 the Trainer's Edge has been serving the communities of Sanford, Lake Mary, Deltona, and Debary. Becky and I are honored to have purchased the facility in 2006 and look forward to many more years of serving the different and diverse communities that look to better their health and create a lifestyle that will allow them to be both happier and more helpful to others that are in their lives.
